These gowns comprise a microporous breathable layer encased between two soft fabric layers, providing high vapor permeability while serving as an impenetrable barrier against liquids, bacteria, and viruses — including HIV, SARS, Avian Flu, and Spine Flu.
Microcare gowns deliver AAMI Level 4 protection — the highest available classification for surgical gowns — making them the preferred choice for immunocompromised patients, high-risk infectious procedures, cardiac surgery, and urology. Despite the maximum protection level, the microporous membrane maintains breathability and comfort for prolonged wear.
