The Bond range of surgical gowns from Surgeine Healthcare is engineered from premium five-layer SMMMS fabric — providing maximum protection against ingress of bacteria, viruses, and fluids. The outermost layers are liquid-repellent spunbond fabric, with two inner melt-blown layers forming an effective microbial barrier.
Bond gowns deliver AAMI Level 2 protection in the standard configuration and are upgradeable to AAMI Level 3 with PE-reinforced fabrics at critical zones. Designed for extreme comfort and breathability, these gowns allow ease of movement without compromising the sterile field.
Each gown features sonically sealed seams, knit cuffs, and Velcro neck closure, and is EO sterilized in an ISO 14644 Class 100K cleanroom. Available in set-in and raglan sleeve options across six sizes — Small to XX-Large X-Long.
Dual melt-blown inner layers provide superior filtration and fluid resistance in every procedure.
